The name of the song is Bad, and it is most famous from the Wide Awake in America album, titled as "Bad(Live)". The studio version on "The Unforgettable Fire" is nowhere near as good as the "Live Aid" or WWiA versions

The final minute of commentary is the best. With about 1:00 left in the video, the commentator screams something that sounds like "SAN ANTONIO PATOOTIE!" Then, a few seconds later, he speaks a few words of English that I will never, ever forget. :D
