Scouts will scout for free transfers in EP4. This will be a lifesafer for LLMs like myself.

In the meantime, however, I've found if you look every day under the "Transfers" list, you'll see who has recently been realeased. This is particularly good from January to May. I'm in the Conference and was able to pick up, much to my surprise, a top-notch (but injury prone) right defender who had been released from the Premiership.

He's had five consecutive long-term (2 weeks to 2 months) groin pulls in less than a year - I figure his balls are about to fall off.
