Apparently, he's back. I guess he died in the whole "House of M" thing, but once that was over he was "resurrected". I guess he's a member of the "New Avengers" under the name Ronin. Is there still a "West Coast Avengers"?
I got all this off Wikipedia.
Other than "Astonishing X-Men" and "Runaways", I really haven't followed the Marvel Universe that closely since around 1993. It's been a while...
