Flyers ranking similar to the Pens a few years back. Their best players who might still be prospects are in the league already. But can't be good when 2 of the top 3, and 4 of 10, prospects are undrafted FAs.
And I was curious to know if their ranking would be higher if they left Rinaldo off the 21 and under list.
