I'm not a big expert on the battery life stuff but I do think you're going to have a hard time playing a game like Civ 6 for 4 hours. Basically the laptops that can handle the high end games usually have better monitors and dedicated video cards that suck energy.
I used to look at the battery numbers but they'd always tell me 8 hours or something and I'd never get close to that. Even messing with brightness and other factors.
