You can go into the roku menu and delete all the channels that aren't used. If she only watches Netflix and Prime and youtube, that could be the only 3 channels she needs on ROKU. delete all the other nonsense. Streaming from phone/device to the Youtube app on Roku is really easy, you hit one button on your phone once it's set up.
