AP classes and the like are becoming even more important as many colleges are not taking SAT/ACT scores into account anymore. Academic rigor is the key.
BTW, today's my sons 18th birthday and he celebrating over 1,000 miles away. He is going to a party tonight (one for the program he is working in this summer), and on the way he bumped into Weird Al Yancovic. His daughter is in the program!
