Have they come up with a hypothetical motive other than he wanted to kill a bunch of people? I feel like unless he was motivated by a political agenda, a hatred for a group of people, an perceived injustice by a government office or a business etc., he probably is already dead or will be by the time the police are within handcuffing range.
