Three teams are over the cap: New York, Regina and San Diego. I need to adjust the tv revenues so that teams have the right amount, but...the cap is set to $100m regardless of that.
Luckily, there are lots of teams under..and Milwaukee is at just over $68m and Montreal at $71m. So scour those rosters and let's get it together. I'll post the schedule for next week by Friday.
