July's Best CL Hitter is Tokaji Sekine

Tokaji Sekine earned July's Batter of the Month honors in the Continental League by reeling off a .371 average, going 33 for 89 with 8 home runs, 25 RBIs and 21 runs scored.
The soon-to-be free agent was hitting with great urgency in an effort to bolster his asking price in the
Plantana clubhouse and around the rest of the league.
To date
Sekine has chalked up a .370 average with 32 home runs, driven in 90 runs and scored 80 times.
Waikiki's Langman Chosen RL Batter of the Month
Friday, August 1st, 2098: On the heels of a very productive July,
Anthony Langman received Republic League Batter of the Month recognition today.
The battle-tested catcher hit .388 for the
Waikiki Beach Boys and racked up 5 home runs, 17 RBIs and 23 runs scored.
Langman is hitting at a .312 mark this season. His stats show 25 home runs, 64 RBIs and 76 runs scored. He has played 99 games for the
Beach Boys.
