ALCS: San Diego v. Philadelphia Is this the year the Fathers get over the hump?!
NLCS: Phoenix v. Milwaukee in Brother Bowl once again in a battle of our defending champs versus the previous back to back ones.
If we were still doing 1st half/2nd half, it seems as though Phoenix would've won both halves of the NL, with Milwaukee claiming the wild card as they did anyway. In the AL, Rio Grande would've claimed the 1st half title and San Diego would've won the 2nd half, meaning that 2nd place overall Philly would've been left out in the cold, but given it took a one-game playoff to determine their playoff spot anyway, perhaps it all worked out for the best?
