This is way better and we're not dorks. We're CREATORS!

Dan Long and Robinson Sanchez stranded the two runners in scoring position by striking out to end the 7th inning threat. Score remains at 2-2.

The Dan Long infiltrating the Harpooners plan is working perfectly.

Inman reaches second on a wild pitch by Robinson. The batter ends up getting out after the next pitch.

Mac Rasmussen gets walked on the next at-bat.

Two on, one out.

I guess that is better than throwing it over the first baseman's head.

The same Alonso Hernandez that blew last year's FOOL Classic also!

Might as well make him a real big goat!

Porter Gilbert comes on to pitch for Hartford in the 9th and logs a 1-2-3 inning.

We head to the bottom of the 9th inning with the score tied 2-2.

The only FOOL Classic in history to go into extra innings in the 9th game was the 1969 Classic between Brooklyn and Compton that was won by Brooklyn in the bottom of the 13th inning.

Last year's Classic went the full 9 games, before Columbus knocked off Valdosta, too.

What a series this has been, huh folks?

If my manager was cool, he'd bring in Carlos Gonzales here.. but he'll likely go with someone stupid like Derek Carpenter instead.

I did this year. That's why we won so many games with literal junk and a crappy six-man rotation.

George Baker hits a leadoff TRIPLE with a 3-2 count to start the 9th inning. The Hartford faithful are buzzing and the stadium is LOUD with all 43,361 people in the stands going absolutely nuts.

No kidding eh? Might want to consider bringing the infield in???

Anyways...a walk off double play....seems anti-climatic. if i were Muns I'd throw this one back and wait to win one the old fashioned way!!
