Congrats, as usual, to Valdosta. Winning six league titles in eight years in downright ungodly. But you've set the gold standard for what it takes to win in these parts and owners will forever be attempting to reach the mantle that your record sits upon.

Okay, so I leave the thread to go write my prospect article, and this happens? Holy Sheeeeeeeeeeee...

Can't wait to see how Game Nine goes (yes, I am way behind you guys).

To borrow a term from Philly fans in real life, if Alan's squad blows this, the new international symbol for choking will be the Peanut.

For the teams with uniform/stadium changes, those will be made in this file. And welcome the Baltimore Gothams back officially, too.

I can breathe now!!!!!

Thanks for the kind words, It has been a long long long road... From finishing last, to not bidding on Free agents that would have done better than my spects, to just finishing in like 4-6th every year...

I honestly would have been content with loosing this game, as the comeback in itself was a feat I think..... But to do it all on Alan and Valdosta.... Just nuts...... Ill savor this one

I addressed this after I posted it.

You know, that's a damn big stadium for a little league softball team. Maybe we're in the wrong business.

Anyways...a walk off double play....seems anti-climatic. if i were Muns I'd throw this one back and wait to win one the old fashioned way!!

Na........ Although its cheap and I admit it...... I take it. I think we both had some weird stuff happen to both of us during this one, especially with 3 of my power hitters with guys on base bunting..

Seriously, both teams are just awesome. It is fitting it should go to a nail biter Game Nine.

Has games 3,4,5,6 always been together with no travel day between them? I guess I just never noticed that before and should have. I was stupid about how I set my rotation.. without that offday it definitely caused my pitchers to all pitch one day too soon on their second go around which was the definite difference in the series...

As smart as everyone says I am, for me to make a stupid mistake like that is just crazy.

Yeah, it's been that way for about seven or eight seasons, maybe longer. It's effectively a TV schedule thing.
