One of the things I think OOTP does a horrible job with is modeling clutch post-season performances. What I mean is, OOTP doesn't really seem to generate the whole "Mr. October" thing where certain guys always come up huge in the post-season. Or at least, it feels that way.

So I went back to look at the career history a bit to figure out who some of the post-season standouts were over the years.

POST-SEASON WINS
Rick Knight, Carolina (13)
Bobby Foster, Chicago (12)
Pablo Nieto, San Diego-Winnemucca (12)
Chris Ross, San Diego-Syracuse-Lake Placid-Lake Tahoe (11)
Hank Griggs, Carolina (10)

POST-SEASON STRIKEOUTS
Chris Ross 203
Denis Sheehan, Winnemucca 179
Bobby Foster, 171

POST-SEASON COMPLETE GAMES
Charlie Taylor, 8

POST-SEASON SAVES
Patrick Dillard, 23
Kinnosuke Ishibashi, 21
Dusty Harrison, 19

POST-SEASON LOSSES
Charlie Taylor, 13
Chris Ross, 11

POST-SEASON HOME RUNS
Steven Chowen, 27
Ed Saunders, 27
Johnny Ressano, 24
Derek Campbell, 19
Chris Bush, 17
Jeremiah Byerly, 17

BATTING AVERAGE (Min. 65 at-bats)
Kelvin Boyd, .403
Quincy de Vaal, .372
Dave Chieffo, .370
Henry Jones, .368
Jeff Mann, .364
