FOOLX File

The OOTP12 file is up. I will put the file link below this post. You guys will need the accountsdata file and that file is on the website (link in my signature). If for any reason you can't log-in to the site and see that link just PM me and I'll get you the link to that file. I will be around all day tomorrow so I can help anyone that may need help. Please don't hesitate to ask for help.

I was up early this morning so I hurt pretty bad tonight so if I missed something or didn't explain everything good enough sorry. We will fix it up at your convenience tomorrow.

The new people to the league have been added to the file. I'll post who is who tomorrow but a couple of those guys hang around here quite often. They hang around daily might I add.

Having a "could not upload file error message" when I try to export...

any thoughts??

Portland with a 203M budget. Doesn't seem normal. Are the financials a bit off from what they are supposed to be?

Also having issues with uploading. Can't connect. Also can't confirm on the Online League Settings screen after importing the accounts file.

Okay, solved my issue with the upload. Redownloaded and put it in and up it went.

Now to actually do something with the team and upload again...

In order to upload you have to get the accountsdata.gm file in its place again. Go to the website and download the FOOLX Settings file. If you can't get the link to the file then PM me and I'll give you the link that way. I can't post that file freely because its a hackers key card.

Step 1: download the FOOLX settings file

Step 2: place it in the settings folder thats inside your FOOLX folder which is located at the following spot.

Start/Documents/Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 12/saved_games/FOOLX.lg/settings

Step 3: Inside OOTP you need to locate the OOTP drop down menu

Step 4: Select Online League Settings

Step 5: Click Import Account Data file

Step 6: Select the Accountsdata_gm file and click ok NOTE: You may need to locate the file inside the game as well. It can be found in the same location above

You should now be able to export. If this doesn't work let me know

Was on just the last leg last-night (pun intended)

so I just wanted to get the basics out there. I'm here all day minus 45 minutes for a project the wife wants done. She don't buy into the I can't cause FOOLers may need me. 45 minutes at the longest in late morning is all it will be time wise.

You sure you have the right settings file? I thought you would be one that needed the link but I could be wrong.

My chore is done so I'll be here the rest of the day. My daughter is going on a honor student ski trip today so I paid her to do it for me. She wanted more money for the day. Does that make me a good dad or a bad dad?

I couldn't export last night either but I also won't have time to mess with it until at least the weekend, maybe later. I am very booked up this week. Just wanted to let you know not to expect exports from me!

I did export, Dan. If you don't have one for Portland then I don't have it right. It told me success, however. I downloaded from the site and just put it in the settings folder.

I had FOOL loaded doing the sim there so I couldn't check at that time. I have FOOLX loaded and Portland is good to go. Nice work getting it all setup.

Export received for you spleen. That reminds me to introduce the new guys. Lets welcome back spleen (Plantana), Tellistto (Portland), and Bobby (Stafford). 3 more teams to fill that have no owner.

Also know I'm working on finishing the other things left to get the league back to what it was before the switch. I just need to find someone to help install statslab.

Hyde - still having problems exporting. I imported the account data but it's then asking my for a general managers key? I suck at getting league transferred over.... always have

Did you do these directions below? Be sure to have your league file you downloaded from message number one in this thread in the OOTP 12 saved games folder. Then the directions you have below should do the trick.
