I will be out and about during tonight's playoffs, unfortunately, but I am looking forward to seeing how it goes. It has been way too long since I last had something to worry about on a Tuesday night in FOOL.

Good luck to the other playoff participants, and may the best team win.

I gotta cheer for the C-rated underdogs tonight.

How are they the underdogs? They won the regular season RL title and have homefield advantage in the RLCS!

Mostly because you gave them a C. And then I failed to give them the props they deserved when ranking my thoughts on winners.

The 2085 FOOL Classic is set!

We have the battle of H-towns as the Canadian Halifax Winter Wolves face off against the British Hammersmith Hooligans. The entire United States meanwhile have to just watch on tv. (It beats Bachelor re-runs at least)

Halifax returns to the Classic for the first time in 12 seasons. Their last trip saw them lose to Toronto. Their franchise has actually not won the FOOL title since moving east to Halifax. The last 6 trips to the FOOL Classic (and last 15 playoff trips) have ended up just short for the Halifax franchise. Their last FOOL title came 59 seasons ago as the Edmonton Edge! The Halifax franchise is actually the third youngest in FOOL, having joined the league in 2011. As such, they are in search of their 4th FOOL title.

Hammersmith on the other hand is historically one of the FOOL elite. The franchise is ranked 5th all time with 10 FOOL titles, tied with the former Valdosta franchise. Things have not been as rosy of late however for the Hooligans as this is their first trip to the Classic since 2071, where they lost to Tokyo. The last Hammersmith title came 19 seasons ago with a win over Napa Valley.

These two franchises have faced each other only once before, and it just happened to be the last title for Edmonton, back in 2026.

Lol, so the answer is...?

You probably have to do more tech support for me than anyone else. It's good to know now how you truly feel about it.

Yeah, I made fun of my wife for going to sleep at 9:15 tonight. I guess school is wiping her out so far this year. (She's at the elementary school this year working with those kids). It probably didn't help that i took her kayaking after work today too.

Oh my gosh, if someone had taken me kayaking after work today I would have died. She's an awesome sport. I seriously went to my room and thought long and hard about going to bed at 8:14 today. It wouldn't have hurt anything I'm sure.

And no Tasan, sending Palmer White to the minor leagues to try and have him retire without me noticing did not work. I can't express how upset the fans of Colorado are with you (the 6 of them that are left)
