Laser Arm and Leadership jump out for me. Pocket Passer would make sense--I don't remember him being a pass on the run guy.

Some will probably say Quick Release, but I just checked some stats and I'm not sure the evidence bears it. Marino was sacked on 3.1% of his pass plays, due to his quick release. Warner was sacked on 6.2% of his pass plays, fully double. And the OL wasn't the issue. Marino had Webb, Warner had Pace.

Just two cents to throw in the cup.

Having watched every game Warner played in St.Louis, I think his strongest assets were his quick release and timing. If he got sacked alot it is because Martz passed on almost every down. Also, he never had a great arm. Alot of the big plays during the "Greatest Show on Turf" were YAC plays. Dont get me wrong, he had awesome accuracy at times.

Warner entered the NFL from the Arena league where the pace of game is much faster, which served him very well in the first part of his career.

Warner being a great QB was a combination of forces coming togther at the right time.

If you can 5 ability him, then i would say

Leadership/Clutch/Pocket Presence/Laser Arm and possibly Signal Stealer. I dont really think he deserves a 5th lol

Hmmm, does someone who has a propensity for fumbling the C/QB exchange, the QB/RB exchange as well as tripping on the OLs feet on a regular basis really deserve POCKET PRESENCE?

I mean, he's worn gloves on both hands for the past 2+ seasons now, after another rash of fumblitis.

Don't get me wrong, I like Warner a lot. I'm just thinking, on a 3 slot build, something like PASS THREAT would provide a closer representation of #13. Weather its the Rams days or the current Cards version, his threat to pass on any given down has certainly opened up the draw plays for his backs over the years.

I'd go with Leadership over Pocket Presence, but that's just me.
