Re: Rebuilding the Jets - Milkman41's Jets dynasty, starting in 2012

Jets ride Usher, jump out to early lead and hold on 45- 14
The Jets dominated the Dolphins in the early going, shutting down the passing game and using a pounding running game to jump out to a 35 - 0 halftime lead. The defense tired a bit after the half, and the offense focused on running out the clock, but the game was already far out of hand. Antonio Usher set new career-highs in carries, yards, and TDs, and has raised an interesting dilemma - what do the Jets do with him and rookie HB Marqius Shakur when Shakur returns from his broken hand? Best of all, the Jets suffered no injuries, apart from DT Jarvis Driver, who was injured prior to the opening snap.

He's been progressing, he's up to 80 POT, 73 OVR now, haha. I did pick him up for a reason . I just hope this doesn't make him too expensive to resign :/

Jets announce award winner
The Jets are proud to announce that CB Tyrod Darlin has won the AFC's Defensive Player of the Week award. Darling record 5 tackles, 1 for a loss, and intercepted a pass, which he then returned 89 yards for a touchdown. Darlin, the former #1 overall pick in 2010, is enjoying a fine season so far, with 15 tackles, 1 for a loss, 2 interceptions, both returned for touchdowns, 2 deflections. He has allowed a 78% catch percentage, but this is inflated due to a poor showing in Week 2.
