Heads had to roll after a 2-14 season. I had intended to keep all my position coaches and just let go my coordinators. I hit the jack pot though when Childress was available. The only way to hire him was to fire the rest of the offensive staff. It was worth it as my staff is greatly improved. I saw Hammermill sitting around waiting for a job. He is a decent D coordinator, but unlike the original set of coaches he does not have max potential. He has ambition though so I’ll focus on special skills. Finally, A. Lee is a great trainer and will allow me to go after players with less than perfect health.

House Offseson Rules:

I limit myself to 1 starting caliber play per side of the ball to sign.
When trading a player away I must accept the first offer, no negotiations and only will deal when approached.
The player must have some sort of feasible role on the other team.
No more than 1+# of round picks in a round.
I delegate all of my scouting to my GM including workouts. This makes it tougher for me to find obvious sleepers.
