When you download the file it should already be inside the PS3 and SAVEDATA folders, but if not, after you unzip the file create a folder called "PS3" on your usb, then inside of that folder create another one called "SAVEADATA" and put the the folder you unziped (Which should look start out something like this "BASLUS") inside of the "SAVEDATA" folder.

Once you've completed that, put the usb in the ps3 and go to Saved PS3 Utility and highlight the usb and press triangle, then select "copy". The rosters should be in your HDD.
