Do "Conference Sizes" i.e. "Power", "Major", "Mid-Major", and "Small" change throughout a legacy? Right now I'm in the 5th year of my closed legacy with UC Riverside, finished the season with a 21-8 record, won my conference tourny (Big West) and have a #8 seed. Long Beach State is ranked 22nd in the Media poll and received an at-large bid, #5 seed. UC Irvine was on the bubble with a record of 21-9, but did not make it. Clark Kellogg made a note that being in a small conference may have hurt their chances. My conference was ranked 12th in RPI to end the regular season. What I want to know is if our conference continues to perform at this (or a better level) will we then be recognized as a "Mid-Major" conference?

Its really more accurate to call it your conference prestige, but no, no matter how well you or any of the other teams in your conference do record wise, or in the tournament, it will never get promoted to higher level in the prestige hierarchy.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever. -

Thanks for the info. It is referred to as conference size in the game so that's why I referred to it as such. Guess I'll be moving out of the Big West after next season when my contract is up.I wish everyone talked like Larry Merchant.Comment
