    How does online leagues work?

How do the online leagues work? I got online and looked through it and went to create one. Saw a lot of things I didn't expect.

Can someone fill me in with all the details, please? Like I see you can play so many games, what's the round interval, etc?

Is there anything on this game like NCAA football for like an online legacy with other people, recruiting, etc?

    Thanks.

I've never explored the online league for this game. I have read about people playing a multi-player dynasty. In order to do that, you would need to be able to transfer the game save back and forth to each other on the computer as I don't think you can upload dynasties/legacies on 2k Share (IIRC).

Can someone that has done this before confirm or refute what I said?

I have tried in the past but it will not load the legacy because it is under a specific gamertag. I just have my friends come over and play on one system.

Yea me and a buddy on xboxlive did a legacy and sent it back and forth to each other over 2kshare but the problem was we couldn't play each other which sucked but it was pretty fun and we got a couple seasons in.

Online leagues on the other hand are not that great. You get to choose how many are in the league, you can exclude teams (like to make it where the overall is 81 and under etc), and then you just play your games. Nothing special and they never finish. I've been in too many leagues where guys would just stop playing halfway through for whatever reason.

There are programs that allow you to rehash the GT assigned to game saves. Doesn't take too long to do, but would sort of be a pain to do every time you wanted to play a game.
