Do tournament games and other nuetral site contests have a mixed crowd, or is everybody cheering for the "Home" team ?

NCAA Footballs neutral games are wierd that way... usually when I (home) come out the crowd cheers louder for the away team, but as the home team im able to pump up the crowd..
Oh well either way no biggie. It'd be cool if a game actually had a neutral crowd though

NCAA Footballs neutral games are wierd that way... usually when I (home) come out the crowd cheers louder for the away team, but as the home team im able to pump up the crowd..
