How do you jump up when you are catching the ball? (360)

I know you have to click Y, but sometimes when I'm running downfield and the ball is in the air and I click Y, my player never jumps. I could jump and catch it on previous games but this game seems harder for me to do it. Am I suppose let go of the right trigger or something?

I think it has something to do with the turbo button? I don't know, I've tried so many things. Almost every time I throw a deep ball I have to user catch it but it's hard this year because my never jumps for it

He forgot to add "re-download it again". For some reason that's seemed to work for some people with this issue. I've personally haven't had the issue to begin with.

I'm wondering fuel or timing from the crankcase position sensor

When you delete it, you will be prompted to download it again when you try to go online again.

i'm sorry. i did not elaborate.

to fix the problem where swatting/catching/etc don't respond to your input, try these steps:

delete your tuner info.

reboot ncaa.

thank me later.

when you reboot ncaa, the tuner will reinstall so that you may still play online.

this series of steps seems to reliably fix the glitch/bug people are experiencing with swatting/catching/etc animations not responding to input by the user.
