Error message creating my HUT team

I am getting an error message when trying to open my Starter Pack in HUT (can't retrieve data, followed by a 20 foot hexadecimal error message).


I tried like 5 times, rebooted my PS4, without any success. Anybody knows how I can get in touch with EA? I bought this game only for this mode, the Deluxe version and in Canada, it ain't cheap

A buddy of mine is having the same problem right now on Xbox one though. After he enters a team name it won't actually let him create the team. Anyone else run into this issue and get it resolved?

You need to do drive maintenance through safe mode on your console and you'll be good to go.
