Does anybody have yet a good grasp on the potential rating system? For example, is there any documentation or does anybody have a feel for:
- How star rating correlates to potential overall rating?
Obviously, red stars and yellow stars are going to have some flex but for green stars, where the accuracy of the potential is supposedly high, is there any guideline like:
4 star = peak at around 86ish
3 1/2 stars = peak around 82ish
etc, etc...
- How star rating effects older players?
One would assume past a certain age a player is not going to develop and will eventually decline, but will higher stars on an older player have any effect? Will a 36 year-old who has an 86 rating and 4 stars decline more slowly than the same player edited to have 1 star? Or are stars irrelevant past a certain age, whereby a natural in-game logrhythm of decline kicks in?
- In regards to the red/yellow/green "accuracy" system...
I assume that a low, red accuracy on a guy who say has 3 stars mean he could end up developing wildly either below, at, or above that 3 star potential...or does the red simply mean his chances of reachng that 3 star threshold are low and he has no chance to go beyond that. In other words, is color relating to accuracy of the star potential shown (could be worse OR better) or odds of reaching the star potential shown as a max?
I realize these are broad ranging questions but any insight or discussion would be appreciated!
Thanks!
