alternate jersey code question

cant figure this out. i put the code in the day the code was released. it worked. i go today to play a game and they are locked again. i havent changed my settings or rosters since putting the code in. i put it in, it works. I save my profile and rosters. next boot up they are locked again. can any one tell me whats going on here?

i did and they are still locked every time i start it up, yet rosters, settings, profile etc are the same as they were when they were last saved with the jerseys unlocked.
