For those of you who are familiar with Artem Khassanov's NHL View roster editor, this is big news. Artem mentioned on his website yesterday that he thinks he could potentially create an editor for the PS4, but that he would need to a) buy a specific type of PS4 and b) raise sufficient funds to purchase it. This seems like a good first step to creating an NHL View editor for the Ps4, and especially since he hasn't posted anything in a about a year and a half.

I plan on not buying NHL 18 but if this happens I Will quickly change my mind

To develop a new version of NHLView Artem asks for some material assistance in the form of donate through the PayPal service.

Will it be possible to change or add missing photos in player profiles ? It looks bad if real players have no photos in there profiles. An editor would be very helpfull.

Unfortunately no. Hopefully it will in future installments.
