Fighter Perks, how much difference between levels?

Has anyone asked or come up with their own conclusions on how much difference each Level of Fighter Perks make? I am interested to know thoughts/opinions on what you are seeing from a Level 1 to Level 5. Also anyone with inside info on things, love to hear some insight.

Good question. I wonder if it kind of follows the others and has an increase of like 6%, 10%, etc. I know GPD posted all the strike values last game.

It also changes the animation of the strike. Look at a level 1 calf kick compared to the level 5 calf kick.

Didn't really notice that, but that is cool. I know it speeds certain strikes up as well.

Are you sure it changes the animation? I don't think it does. I'd be surprised if it does.

The quantity of the effect the perks have is displayed on the perk's description. However, that doesn't really give us all the info. In the case of teh health event's percentage, is this increased percentage raw, or a multiplier to the standard percentage? And what is teh standard percentage?

Such data is important to knwo the relative value of the perks and how much it changes from one level to another.

I noticed a change from my no star leg kick to a five star. Maybe it's just a speed increase that makes it look different idk.

I was thinking move levels. Perks are totally different. Damage, stamina, and speed are all tied to it.

This is a good question. I wanna know what the differences is between LVL 1 and LVL 5.
