I'm going to bite at this. Keep in mind, this is really is only an issue in UT (or CAFs in general). The rear crane kick will demolish the opponents block (it's ridiculous), costs little stamina, is as quick as a jab, and moves you forward while throwing. It's pretty broken balance wise.
