Does the CPU use it's BENCH in Preason games?

I just played against Miami ( CPU )in my first preseason game of the franchise and it pretty much used its starting roster the entire game.....Has anyone else noticed this?

I was hoping that the CPU would give equal playtime to its 2nd and 3rd string players during these games to develop them

Nope at least when I play them. Kinda gets rid of the point of pre-season huh?

nope......i take my starters out after the 1st qtr to stop injuries.......
