What all do I need to buy in order to use these rosters on PS2? Do I need to purchase certain hardware to download and use the rosters? Thanks for your time. Rosters look good.

All you need is

1. USB stick (preferably 1G)
2. CODEBREAKER FOR PS2 (purchased most likely on Amazon or somewhere online).

OK, thanks. What would I need the codebreaker for and how would I use it? Sorry for all the questions but I'm not the best at these types of things.

Codebracker allows you to edit your roster files, add cheats (if you want), etc. You can not not transfer files from this site if you do not have codebreaker. I would suggest to go ahead and purchase one and play around with it. That is the best way you will know how to navigate the system.
