LAWLER: "There aren't any Eye-ranian players in the NBA."
SMITH: "He's the only one."
LAWLER: "He's from Iran?"
SMITH: "I guess so."
LAWLER: "That Iran?"
SMITH: "Yes."
LAWLER: "The real Iran?"
SMITH: "Yes."
LAWLER: "Wow. Haddadi that's H-A-D-D-A-D-I."

I've played both demos and did like Live's slightly better. But I bought 2k from gamestop (I'm going to return it in a few days), and so far its pretty good as well.

What are the things each title does well? I know Live seems to have more issues right now, but with the patch coming out, how do you guys think it will play compared to 2k. I don't typically play online (though I have been doing the team up stuff on 2k - Live has a similar feature, don't they?), and it's mostly offline franchises. I don't need my franchise to be super deep, but I do need it to work, and work well.

You always get pushed way out of the low post when you receive the pass, and you only get 100 per shot, and even using Dwight Howard who doesnt have that high of offense ratings I needed to make 16/20.

I may not be paying attention very well but it seems to me that there are different recruits in the offseason then inseason. From what I saw there seemed to be completely different recruits in the top 100.
