The Cleveland Browns beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 34-24 behind a strong second half.

Brian Hoyer lead the Browns offense well in the second half, responsible for 2 touchdowns of his own. He didn't have a prolific day passing, but he did have a 3 touchdown day. Willis McGahee finally started to blossom as the Browns starting running back. He rushed for over 200 yards and averaged over 7 yards per carry. Greg Little has struggled all season but he had a great breakout game. He caught 2 touchdown passes and he led the Browns in receiving yards.

The Browns defense struggled to open the game, allowing 24 points in the first half. However, they had a completely different second half. They held the Jaguars scoreless and it led to the Browns victory. Joe Haden and rookie cornerback Leon McFadden had standout games and were crucial in the Browns victory. Overall it was a very good showing from the defense. A defense that has been struggling all season.
