    Franchise History Spreadsheet

    Dear OSers,
I know some of you may not love looking back in your past or have a fondness of spreadsheets, but I love it. So my brother and I have constructed a template, that we used in last years game in order to keep track of everything in our MLB Franchises. This year I want to spread the love to anyone interested. It is very user friendly and very simple. Simply fill in the players in your organization's 40 man in according spots and move them around as needed. Then if you want to keep up with history, just record in the designated slots. So without further adieu, here is my The Show Franchise Template. Let me know if you have any concerns, questions, ideas, etc. Enjoy!

Definitely gonna use this! Thanks a ton!

What is the MiLB "want" and the MiLB "stretch." I know what MiLB is but not the latter.

      and "Minors Highlights"

Also I changed the italics to LHP/switch hitter

Minor League Wants are my prospects or rather good players who are on the 40 man, whereas Stretches are on the 40 man but really they won't be used unless there are extensive injuries. I use the Minors Highlights as basically a top prospects category where I put my A's and high B's just to have them recorded.

Also love the idea of italics also being switch hitters! Glad to hear you enjoy this!

This looks like it has some really good potential for me as I like to see a history of what I have done and it gives a really good snap shot of your roster on one screen without having to scroll through multiple menus as well as up and down etc. Great job

I've done something similar to this in the past with NCAA Football. I love the neatness and order of the lines and columns. Thanks for the template!

Why are certain players in bold text??

This looks like something I would enjoy using to keep track of my past season achievements and who won the World Series etc. I wish the game kept better track of stats since that's what baseball is mostly about.

Sorry for all the issues everyone, I actually don't have word but I can attempt to convert. I'm currently running on OpenOffice and if someone could convert for me that would be amazing.

To answer the BOLD text question, these players are your A's in potential!
