How Do I Post Up My SG or SF?

Do I need to have a specific playbook to do this or can I just post him up. Like I want to expose a match up problem against Golden State, and I want to just post him up like I do my center all the time. How would I do this?

Hold LB/L1 and move the green indicator under him then select "Post Up", I think it's the Y/Triangle button.

If it's ps3, then you hold down either L1 or L2 (which ever one doesn't make you back down someone). Highlight the player with green under them and hit triangle I believe.
