I could not get it through the rep's head that I live in an area in which my mail is delivered to a post office, since they were validating my address via USPS, even though they will be shipping via UPS
I explained and explained that there were no problems the other jillion times I have had to call for a repair. Finally got a supervisor to ship a box to me via FedEx.
