Re: XBOX 360 Country Club (TW13)

Green grid is a total mistake by me. This was my first time setting up, and I think I made a mistake with some of the default settings. I will fix it tonight. Sorry about this, but I will fix it asap.

Re: XBOX 360 Country Club (TW13)

I didn't play much at all last week because of the Club Pro tournament being a joke and there being no tournaments for our CC. Once everything is fixed I will get back into at least doing our tournaments and such.

Re: XBOX 360 Country Club (TW13)

good news and bad news.

i figured out where the settings were that i botched, so when i set up the next daily it will correct. the bad news is that i cannot "erase" any of the tournaments, so we are stuck with that weekly with the bad settings.

again, my apologies. i'm gonna try it, for kicks, and see what happens.

i am only going to set one daily at a time, and i am not going to start the next one until late tonight, because they can't overlap.

are you guys gonna play the weekly, or not really? (the reason i ask is that i'll use dailies at TPC sawgrass if no one wants to do the weekly)

if people are going to try the weekly, then i will rotate others for the daily.

i am also leaning towards SPYGLASS later in the week as a DLC daily, so save up some coin!

I have played a few rounds on Spyglass. That place has a TON of elevation change but I had fun playing there.

Re: XBOX 360 Country Club (TW13)

so, i just played Augusta with green grid off. i hadn't ever tried this before, but i saw alex put up a +5, so i wanted to try it (i was fearing +18 to be the norm, when i saw +5 i thought it might be doable!)

anyway, it was a freaking blast. i was THRILLED to make pars. i had to putt much more safely, and had to think MUCH MORE than i am used to in this game. i LOVED it, and birdied 3 of the last 4 to post a -4.

give this a try, if you have never done it before. it will take 6 holes to get used to it, but once you do, it makes for a great golf experience - you know, where AVOIDING BOGIES is a good score!

What about rotating weeks with grid on/off?

That would keep things interesting right? At least we probably would see more members pulling off a win right??
