Cherrytop is a beautiful course, but I think you overdid it a bit with the narrow fairways. There's something wrong when the bunkers are substantially larger than the fairways.

To be fair, the course was designed for TGC1 which required small fairways to be difficult.

When I went through all the courses I designed for the first one I've found them to be far more difficult with 2 than they were with 1 because of the smaller landing areas.

River's Edge Cabins GC is now up!

It was great fun to upgrade this course with the TGC2 tools, I hope you guys enjoy it.

Swine Lake CC is open, still got some plans for changes/additions but it has 3 tees and 4 pin positions.

Hmmmm, I can't find either course in search. I'm on the PC but that should not matter, or at least is not supposed to.

I know kehlis, Kodiak and Bob were playing on mine from their ps4s....maybe the user courses are proprietary?

Re: TGC2 OS community courses thread

I'm working on a course myself...I'll probably have better creations as I get more used to the course creator, but I'm having a lot of fun with it.

The course is built on an island, and due to some sort of glitch, it erased all the fairways and I had to build them all from scratch (using the spline tool, because the fairway brushes didn't work either).

On my practice run through, I finished with a +6, but I went back to the drawing board to tweak a few holes after that that I felt I had accidentally made too difficult. I may play around with the slopes on some of the fairways/tweak a couple of the greens still, but for the most part, I'm on to finishing touches now. I've already added all the cameras, crowd, parking lots, and cart paths, but I'll probably add an Ad Board or two and maybe a couple boats, townhouses, that kinda thing.

Like I said, I'm guessing I'll have better creations later on since this is my first time playing TGC and I'm still getting used to the creator, but I'll let you guys know when it's published.

When it goes live, it will be called Whelk Island.

And if it matters, I'm on PS4.

So true.

Although, it's nice to have a challenge.
