This was a rollercoaster. The first five minutes had 3 goals. Then it settled dow a bit. In the 2nd period Brandon Sutter received a major penalty for boarding and a game misconduct. In the following PK we score a SHG. We were on fire the rest of the period. In the third period they came close, but we never were in danger of losing it in the thrid. Solid win for Boucher who wasn't great at all.

Great come back after the NJ game. Ward did great with almost a shut out. He bounced back after two lesser games. Eric Staal got the first goal through the redirecting of the shot. We played a good game and killed 3 penalties.

After the blooper in defense we had to chase Buffalo. In the 2nd period we tied. Stewart redirection was review and counted as a good goal. Eric Staal's goal was also a "dirty area" goal. And the go ahead goal of Larose was also a redirection. I say we battled hard and deserved the win.

After the game we heard of a injury to J.Spacek. He has a strained hamstring. He will be out untill 25th october. Scandella is called up of the minors and he will fill in the holes that Spacek left.
