Re: Madden 17 All-Pro CPU vs. CPU Sliders

I think I know what's contributing to QB's holding onto the ball too long and taking too many sacks.

It's a combination of:

Pass Coverage, Pass Def Reaction Time, and the Speed Threshold sliders.

I've noticed that if you have the threshold slider too high, the WR's and DB's don't have as much speed variation so the DB's are getting really good coverage so the QB's aren't finding receivers open as much so they're holding onto the ball. Sure they throw it away sometimes, but alot of times they'll take coverage sacks.

I'm playing a game on All Pro - Normal with default sliders and it's ALOT better as far as QB's taking coverage sacks. They are a few more big play but not much.

You cant focus on just one game...look at all the stat lines...yes 14 sacks are alot, but all the other games have been spot on. Most of the games are averaging around 6 or 7 sacks. I think once they fix the no scrambling problem things will be even better. I have never enjoyed a game as much as i do this one and this is the first time i have watched things play out and not thought about fixing sliders. I love these sliders and think they will be better once a patch is released.

Hey there, newbie here. First post!
I'm going to try these out with a 32 team league.
I'll post results when I'm done with the first game (CAR @ DEN) in a bit.
Quick question though, how do you go about getting that spiffy template for stats?
I think I'm gonna need that haha. Thanks.

Yikes, Paxton is on FIRE! Already 2/2 130 yrds 2TDs 10 mins into the 1st Q
72 yrd bomb to Fowler, then 58 yrd screen pass to Thomas.
14-7
Also, confused. There was no option for turning tuner on or off. It's an offline league. So maybe it's already off....?

Okay, this is ridiculous.....CJ Anderson already has 10 carries for 223 yrds not even halftime yet. Wtf is up with this game. It's 35-10. Honestly, I want to quit this game. So unrealistic.
Btw, I'm on slow sim.

Yup. It may have just been an anomaly or something.
