Online CFM draft with multiple users

I'm in an online franchise with multiple users and we're having a hard time coordinating a draft time. Do we all have to be online to do the draft or if we pause it, would it stay paused? What we don't want happening, obviously, is the cpu drafting for some people and not others. So what would happen if the draft is paused and no one is online?

If the Commish pauses the draft nothing happens till the commish skips to next user pick

Yeah it's the best way to go. We do this for the first couple of rounds.
