New Head Coaches

I wasn't sure where to post this or ask this question; but does anybody know what controls the number of fake coaches being available? I like to have as close to real life staffs as possible. That's why I fire the NE coach Griffin Murphy or whatever name they give the same glasses wearing guy that is Belichick's stand in and I also fire Brady Leiland and hire somebody who has a hire coaching level as Sean Payton would. I just completed my first season of a 32 team controlled ownership CFM and was wondering if anybody knows how to get more fake coaches? I ask because I am trying to hire the likes of Ben Macadoo, Adam Gase, Doug Pedeson, etc and in order to do that I need more level 1 fake coaches but all I have is the fired guys like Pettine, Lovie Smith, Jim Tomsula. Any help would be appreciated.

How will more level 1 fake guys help you have mcadoo, gase, pederson, etc? You can't edit their names, so I don't see how this is possible aside from using the "create new coach" feature, and making someone. In that case, it doesn't matter who's in the coaching pool.

You Would Have To Create a HC and Control The Team You Put Him On Along With Your Team Being That Your In a 32 Team Controlled Franchise That Shouldn't Be a Problem. Just Remember When You Create a Coach Your Current Coach Will Retire.
