Great example of this was MLB 2K8. After every half inning, the camera would cut to little things around the stadium or a blimp shot. For example when playing at Fenway it would show the exterior of the ballpark from the ground perspective with fans walking around, then a blimp shot of Fenway. Probably one of my favorite things about that game
