2 Of The Top Community Requests?

Last year in Madden 17, they took great pride by announcing the addition of "Community Requests" for franchise mode with things such as full player editing, in-game ticker, and practice squad just to name a few.

This year, it appears that madden is going to continue this tradition in regards to the following tweet from Rex Dickson:

What could these two new additions be? Does this mean that EA has a list of what we want, and they are checking the box each year?

Some common features that we usually see requested heavily in these forums are:

- Coaching Carousel/ Assistant Coaches
- Formation Subs
- Custom Draft Classes/ Create a Prospect
- Create a Stadium
- Create a Stadium
- More in depth relocation
- League Expansion
- Realistic injuries/ Injury History
- Draft Boards
- Pre Game/ Post Game Show
- Historical Stat Tracking
- Different Presentations/ Broadcasting for each game

I want to hear the communities ideas/ opinions on what these two features might be.

And remember, it is specific to Franchise. So as much as gameplay does effect a franchise, I doubt this would include things like linemen injuries, better blocking, or player match-ups.

Well I'm assuming the new passing method is one of them since the passing game has been a major critique point for several years.

Well, I interpret the tweet to mean two franchise-specific additions...so anything gameplay related would be out. My guess would be some sort of draft board and something to do with coaches/coordinators.

I'm hoping it will be a full coaching carousel and off ball injuries since that would impact franchise mode a lot.

From your list, I can pretty much guarantee that the Different Broadcasting teams and League Expansion won't be it. I doubt those will ever be in.

I think Coaching Carrousel/Coordinators is probably the best bet from the list. I'd really like to see that make it's way into the game. I'd also really like to see a realistic progressive injury system, but I'm not getting my hopes up for that.

I'm gonna be bold and say my two guesses are Coordinators and Custom Draft Classes. It's more than likely that I have no idea what I'm talking about and will be wrong, though

After the response to a tweet by Clint, I am expecting oline injuries to be one of them. I know that people will think of that as a gameplay thing, but since I expect it to only happen in CFM on sim style, I am putting it into the CFM category.

I know that others will disagree, but that would be a huge get to me.

I want to say more likely Coaching Carousel is a high chance, at least I hope. It was well received in NCAA 14 and made playing 4-6+ seasons easy.

As far as the other ones, I'm trying to think of most requested features that seems most likely implemented. I think CC is most likely because they have had 3+ years to try to plan to implement it. But as far as other requests.
I just don't see Half-time Show or anything Presentation related. I think something like that would have leaked or back of box material. I don't see anything owner mode related like stadium relocation or team creation. I can see something along the lines of formation subs or edit/share draft classes. Once NCAA stopped, they stopped with editing draft classes, but that is something I think they can bring back

That's one of my guesses as well. The other one is full fledge formation subs. Not very exciting but foundational I guess.
