I will say that I agree that gameplay trumps all. FIFA Manager Mode (equivalent to CFM) this year was pathetic and riddled with bugs but I've put over 500 hrs into it because of the gameplay. If M18 can have solid gameplay again and less arcadey junk like it's been the last two years it'll be OK that they haven't addressed many CFM issues.

Why can't we have both?

I agree that gameplay is important, but doesn't EA specifically have a team in Austin that works with just franchise mode?

I agree 1000% man. I'd way rather have this than a story mode that doesn't even have NFL games in it.

Two completely different areas, I'm bet all the resources really went to Longshot but he didn't want to blame the game's main new feature. But im happy gameplay got a lot of attention.

I'm gonna be that guy and say the Seahawks midfield logo is upside down. I know, pre alpha, work in progress, etc. etc. but it's a four second clip.
