Is it worth owning a PS4 or Xbox One for two sports games?

I currently own a high end PC and love playing games on there. I also own an Xbox 360 and play Madden on that as well as MLB2k13. I update the rosters and am pretty much satisfied.

I am thinking of pulling the trigger on a PS4 but not sure if it is worth it to spend $300 total for two games, Madden and the Show, when I can just play my 360 sports games and get updates on those.

Man, I own both. Baaarely touch my PS4 but every time a fun exclusive comes out to play I don't regret it especially for what I paid for one. I would say yes but I don't know what else you might play.

I would I assume get Destiny Taken King and maybe dabble in the Uncharted series as well. I own a high end PC so I would get PS4 instead of Xbox One because of that and the Show.

I wouldn't buy a system just to play Madden on, it's simply not worth it imo, but if you plan on trying some other games then I'd pull the trigger.....

I bought a PS3 just to play the show on years ago, and I was typically strictly a Xbox 360 user.

Now I just have a PS4

Strictly for those 2 games I would recommend waiting for a further price drop. If your willing to check out some exclusives then yea get it.

Well worth it I have only pladden Madden and nba 2k for the last 10 years

I used to be all about the high end gaming PC's, but then bought an Xbox 360 to play Madden. I eventually started playing other games on the Xbox, and have recently upgraded to the PS4 Pro, and play all my games on console and just use PC's for professional stuff...

I outlined my story just to show that what may start out as a question of buying a console for 1 game could actually turn into a situation where you really enjoy the console for game.. I know you have a 360, but, if you were to go PS4, I would suggest going for the Pro, which is still below a high end PC, but is very nice.

It took me awhile to get used to using analog sticks over a mouse and keyboard, but it gets easier, even for first person shooters.. I also like knowing that cheating is at a minimum online, at least from my knowledge point, compared to PC.
