Personally I hated it but get what they were trying to add as far as more difficulty (pressure moments) when on road etc..

Yeah, it really added a sense of a big moment to the game I thought. Plus it messed up your hot routes and made it difficult to see them. Really was able to give a sense of homefield advantage, something Madden has never really done.

Its never been in Madden but it needs to be added asap.

I was read John Madden talk about how he didn't really think other than crowd noise that home field advantage didn't mean much at the NFL level.
That does bring up a point though is John's input involved at all with the game anymore?

I would imagine that his input design wise is probably non existent, but I saw something from Rex somewhere recently where he said that they still talk with him about the game quite a bit.
