I'm still on MLB 15. I also don't really follow baseball very much, I keep tabs but not a hardcore fan. As you said though, there's something about HR's and working your way up in a career. I've literally never played the franchise mode, I only play Road to the Show.

Road to The show was my sole reason for getting the game too. Then I started a Padres franchise and discovered the critical situations (similar to Maddens). Now I just speed through seasons and play with young players.

I am playing MLB The Show 17 (and will till MLB 18).

Also playing Elite Dangerous and loving it.

I just wrapped up my time with Madden 17 as far as my Raiders CFM. I played 4 full seasons playing every minute of every game and winning 3 straight Super Bowls in years 2-4.

It was a great franchise and the most success I ever had with a franchise in Madden history since they rolled out franchise mode in 1999. I went through many ups and downs with injuries throughout the 4 seasons with key players. I was actually really tempted to play a 5th season.....maybe a play the moments season until the post season. But it would not be the same as what I did the previous 4 seasons. I may have to go back to it though in the future. I drafted some awesome TE's in one draft (1st and 4th round picks) in Deron Magnum and Heath Mahoney. They are both awesome. Also Lakeem Brokers at WR and Damien Dockery at CB. I got really attached to those guys.

I am still going to play Madden 17 with the 1989 and 1993 rosters Iteachpercussion released (brilliant rosters).


I am very much looking forward to Madden 18 and returning to playing CFM with my beloved Miami Dolphins both in my online league (10YF) and offline.

Should be a lot of fun.

I basically play Madden and The Show year round.

Ha yeah....forgot to mention I am playing NCAA 14 again as well with that 1995 roster!!! I still love this game.

Working on rosters for APF2K8. Nice little project until Madden comes out. If Madden is good, then I typically stop playing APF.
