I think it's hard for games to hold true 60 fps
Here is another article http://m.neogaf.com/showthread.php?t=1317156

Even games like uncharted 4 don't hold a steady 60 fps

So all the pretty pictures and things they show us are great, but it means jacksh*t to me and possibly the majority of people and the way we will experience this game.

Wow. Sorry, man. ☹️. I bought a 55" Samsung 4K UHD, I think almost 2 years ago for $899 during the big 'American sale day' of the year that is Black Friday in November. That was the big sale that year. I have to assume they're still around that price. Not cheap for sure, but still affordable if you're a heavy gamer or sports guy or both.

Madden's definitely 60 FPS when it counts - gameplay (by which I mean the huddle break to the whistle stopping play) - and has been for years. It doesn't appear on lists like these because its off-play scenes are below that - probably 30.

Brother it most definitely does - it doesn't have to be constant. Technically a repeated phase in and out of the same image can actually accelerate the process. If what you're saying was true then demo reel OLEDs at Best Buy wouldn't get burn-in.

I haven't either but on my first OLED I did (EC9300 1080p Oled). I haven't had problems on my E6 - then again I haven't played the two worst offenders that much (Madden 17 and NBA 2k17) on it often.
